Please read these terms carefully before using BingeScreen. By using the app you agree to comply with them.
BingeScreen is an Android media player app developed by FuzzyVoid (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). It allows you to play live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and internet radio using playlists and stream URLs that you obtain from your own IPTV or radio service providers.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BingeScreen Android application. By downloading or using the app, you enter into a legal agreement with FuzzyVoid on these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using BingeScreen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and uninstall it from your device.
These terms apply in addition to Google Play's Terms of Service, which govern the download and distribution of the app. In the event of a conflict, Google Play's terms take precedence for matters relating to the store itself.
BingeScreen is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the app. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your country), you may only use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
By using BingeScreen, you represent that you meet the age requirement above and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
BingeScreen plays content from playlists (M3U/XTREAM) and stream URLs that you provide. You are solely responsible for:
We have no visibility into, and no control over, the content delivered by third-party providers. Any dispute regarding content, availability, or quality must be resolved directly with your provider. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your content provider.
You agree to use BingeScreen only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate your access to the app without notice.
BingeScreen offers optional Premium plans that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store under Google's billing policies. We never receive or store your payment card details.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store — go to Google Play → Subscriptions.
Free trial: Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not control and cannot override Google Play's refund decisions. For refund requests, contact Google Play Support directly.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect at your next renewal. Google Play will notify you before charging a new price.
The free tier of BingeScreen is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to the display of ads within the app.
You can limit ad personalisation by adjusting your advertising preferences in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Doing so does not remove ads entirely; it results in less relevant ads being shown.
We are not responsible for the content of ads served by Google AdMob. Any concerns about a specific ad should be directed to Google.
The BingeScreen application — including its name, logo, user interface design, and underlying code — is owned by FuzzyVoid and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your personal Android device for your own personal, non-commercial use.
This licence does not permit you to:
Content played through BingeScreen belongs to the respective content owners and providers. We make no claim of ownership over any media content accessed via the app.
BingeScreen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:
Playback quality and reliability depend on factors outside our control — including your internet connection, the performance of your device, and your content provider's servers. We do not guarantee any specific level of streaming quality or uptime.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuzzyVoid and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of BingeScreen, including but not limited to:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using BingeScreen at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscriptions through the Google Play Store.
We may restrict or terminate your access to BingeScreen — including the ability to make future purchases — if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the app in a way that is harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with its intended purpose. We may do so with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already charged. Refund eligibility remains governed by Google Play's refund policy.
Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability — will continue to apply after termination.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may show a notice within the app.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use BingeScreen after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available under Settings → Terms & Conditions in the app.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the app and cancel any active subscriptions.
